THE IMPACT: For Collier Park, the process was about more than generating ideas. Residents had the opportunity to be heard and actively shape how their community could support happier, healthier living.

APPROACH: Pollinate worked directly with Collier Park residents to understand what mattered most to them and explore how their community could better support happier, healthier living.
Rather than developing solutions for residents, the co-creation process developed them with residents, creating space for people to share their experiences, identify opportunities and help shape practical ideas for the future.
OUTCOME: The process identified opportunities ranging from warmer, more welcoming communal spaces to greater opportunities for activities and social connection, alongside practical improvements that could make everyday life better.
Importantly, residents also expressed gratitude and relief at being listened to — demonstrating the value of the process itself, not just its outputs.
It was awesome working with Samantha and the rest of the Pollinate team! I presented the results to the residents last week. It went really well.
